The journey consists of three phases:

Phase 1: Organize

We begin by stepping in to coordinate your team, projects and processes. During this phase, we immediately free up space for you to do your best work — by installing clear metrics, setting up streamlined communications rhythms, and providing Operations Leadership.

Phase 2: Optimize

Once we’ve got the day-to-day in hand, we turn our attention to optimizing your business’ Core Process — the operating system that keeps leads flowing, deals closing, and clients coming back for more. Then, we use this Core Process to restructure your team’s Roles & Responsibilities, allowing them to take more ownership, be more proactive, and do more to grow your business.

Phase 3: Operate

Finally, we’ll help you hire the perfect-fit operations manager who will become a permanent member of your team, taking over the day-to-day running of your business. Not only that, but we’ll train them on your business (including the systems and processes we’ve created along the way), walking them through everything they need to succeed.
